Therapeutic Approach
"I tailor my approach to your needs, comfort level, and current goals. We will work together to come up with a treatment plan that we can both agree on. When it comes to therapy, a lot of people are skeptical about whether this can really help. For this reason, I will integrate therapies that are backed by research and evidence to treat your concerns. In therapy, I will thoroughly explain the tools I am using and why they can help. My goal is to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered."
