About
Stephanie Campoli Psychotherapy
With over 12 years of experience, Stephanie brings humour, honesty, and empathy to her sessions. Stephanie began her career in addiction treatment, where she first trained in DBT, and she now works in a hospital-based DBT program supporting clients with Borderline Personality Disorder. Her work is guided by evidence-based approaches and grounded in anti-racist, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming values. Stephanie specializes in addictions, BPD, women’s mental health, trauma, and recovery from intimate partner violence.

Therapeutic Approach
I tailor my approach to your needs, comfort level, and current goals. We will work together to come up with a treatment plan that we can both agree on. When it comes to therapy, a lot of people are skeptical about whether this can really help. For this reason, I will integrate therapies that are backed by research and evidence to treat your concerns. In therapy, I will thoroughly explain the tools I am using and why they can help. My goal is to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
