6 Week Skills Foundations
Learn effective strategies to regulate emotions and improve relationships in our 6-week skills group. This group is rooted in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), an evidence based model originally developed for treating borderline personality disorder (BPD) and proven to provide benefit for a variety of client concerns. Each week focuses on a different module, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. This group is a supportive introduction to DBT skills - perfect for those who are in therapy already and looking for extra support to integrate DBT skills into their treatment.
